Conversational Design
Good design is like a good conversation. In a good conversation, all parties are engaged. They ask questions, actively listen, and respond thoughtfully. This builds trust. Rather than just pushing information or transactions.Meaningful relationships depend on good conversation. Without it, relationships erode. They’re abandoned.
